Return & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 7 hours / days of placing it, provided the order has not yet been shipped. No reason is required for cancellation during this period.

Once your cancellation request is approved, we will process the refund within 7 days.

If the order has already been shipped, our standard Returns & Refunds policy (see Section 2) will apply.


2. Returns & Refunds

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must have been purchased within the last 2 days.
  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation.
  • Perishable items such as plants, flowers, seeds, or live nursery items are not eligible for return.
  • Items that have been unsealed after delivery for hygiene or safety reasons are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized orders
  • Perishable goods (plants, flowers, seeds, etc.)
  • Items that deteriorate rapidly or expire
  • Items unsealed after delivery for hygiene or safety reasons
  • Sale or discounted items (unless required by law)

How to Return an Item

Shipping costs and risks associated with returning items are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item). We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service to prevent loss or damage.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), the refund will be processed within 2 days and credited back to the original payment method or issued as store credit, depending on the original transaction.

If the item was marked as a gift, a gift credit may be issued instead of a monetary refund.


3. Refund Amounts

If your return is approved:

  • The refund amount will be the purchase price of the item, excluding shipping or handling charges (unless otherwise stated).
  • If multiple shipping options were available, only the lowest-cost shipping fee will be refunded.
  • A restocking fee (if applicable) may be deducted from the refund amount.

Please note that refunds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.


4. Exchanges

We do not automatically offer exchanges. Items are only replaced if they are defective or damaged.
If you wish to exchange an item, please complete the return process and place a new order separately.


5. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from what was described, please contact us immediately at:

  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged or faulty item

We will review your request and may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit based on the situation.
